Precious Metals Management Platform – Client & Leasing Subsystems

The Precious Metals Management Platform is a financial business system that supports client contract management, fee settlement, collection processing, and gold leasing operations.

The platform consists of multiple business subsystems. The Client Subsystem manages fee settlement and collection for individual and corporate client contracts, while the Leasing Subsystem supports gold leasing contracts for corporate clients.

As a financial-grade system, the platform processes more than RMB 1 million in daily transaction volume, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 100 million. The system required high reliability, data accuracy, operational traceability, and strong support for batch processing and reporting.

Project Background

The original system needed to support growing business requirements, reporting integration, database migration, and performance optimization. As the business scale increased, the system also required better maintainability, more stable batch processing, and improved compatibility with the company’s infrastructure strategy.

The project focused on:

  • Migrating the database from Oracle to OceanBase.
  • Improving batch processing performance and maintainability.
  • Supporting system reporting and integration with the reporting platform.
  • Upgrading system dependencies for better security and stability.
  • Optimizing system performance for high-value financial business scenarios.
  • Improving documentation and delivery processes for long-term maintenance.

System Architecture

System Architecture

The system adopted a Java-based enterprise architecture with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, MyBatis Plus, Redis, Oracle, OceanBase, Docker, and Kubernetes. It supported contract management, settlement processing, batch jobs, reporting integration, and financial transaction-related data processing.

My Role

In this project, I contributed to database migration, reporting feature development, system optimization, dependency upgrades, and batch processing subsystem refactoring.

My work focused on improving system reliability, maintainability, performance, and compatibility with the upgraded infrastructure.
